Can I shop without being a member?
You can shop without being a member of our site. After adding your favorite product / products to your cart, click complete order> continue without membership. You can complete your order by filling out basic information such as your name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail address, which are necessary for us to deliver your order correctly.
I forgot my password
You can request a new password by clicking on the "I Forgot My Password" link in the Member Login sections of the site and entering your email address used in the Early Bird Coffee membership page. Your new password will be automatically created and sent to the email address you used for membership.
Change Password
To change your password, you can create a new password using the "My Password Operations" tab in the "My Membership Information" section.
How can I update my membership?
If you are registered with Earlybirdist.com, you can update your membership information from the "Password Operations" section after logging in from the Login menu. You can change or update your e-mail, password, personal and contact information in the membership screen that opens.

How to place an order?
You can do this by using the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product you want to add to your cart.
To start the order process, you must click the "Buy" button on the My Cart page.

Can I make changes to my order?
You cannot make an order change after placing your order.

Can I place an order from anywhere in Turkey?

All purchases at Earlybirdist.com offer a single payment option for a credit card. Installment payment option is valid for purchases of 300 TL and above.

Can I create an order with Money Order-Eft?

You can create orders by money order and eft at Earlybirdist.com. Once you have created your order and made a payment to one of the banks below, it will be sufficient to send the receipt to hello@earlybirdist.com and your order will be processed. Orders that are not paid within 3 business days will be canceled.

How can I return the product?
Early Bird Coffee products, where quality, hygiene and freshness are of great importance, are meticulously packaged. However, in order to prevent problems that may arise from transportation, we ask you to check the products you ordered before receiving your order from the shipping company. products, and Buyer will not be able to benefit from the return right in these products. The use of the right to return is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact, and the product is not used.You need to return our products to the cargo company without taking delivery of the broken, opened, torn-packaged products or broken, damaged products. you will not pay a fee.

Can I return every product?
In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, beverages or other daily consumption items. All products that are not damaged, unused, and not damaged as a result of the usage error can be returned. Returns of opened, used and destroyed products are not accepted. The return of the product, which you can do without stating any justification, must be made as the product is delivered to you.
